Everyone is courteous and prompt

Overall a good and convenient experience. I would definitely park here again. Upon returning, you need to call the hotel to have the shuttle pick you up. This wasn't clear to me, so I waited 20 minutes thinking the shuttle would be running and when it didn't arrive, I thought to call.

Check in was fast, efficient, no wait for shuttle to airport, clean, friendly staff. Pick up was quick, Value is very good.

Easy in, easy out. Quick transport to the airport. Pick-up at the airport was within 10 minutes easily. Will park here again!

The driver was friendly and efficient. Vehicle was clean. Pickup and drop off only took less then fifteen minutes.

Difficult to find without GPS guidance but once there all were very courteous both to and from San Jose Airport and things were clean and secure.
