Getting picked up at the airport was great. On time and a great driver. But the day we arrived to go to the airport the driver didn't pull up to my car. She was at least 6 cars away from mine. Never helped me with my luggage. I had to drag it to the van while she stood there. Not happy about that.

There us no good parking options for DTW other than leave very early or fly out very late. Other wise getting dropped off and picked up in the cold takes way to long...

We got to the lot at 4 in the morning and waited for the shuttle. It was very cold that morning and the shuttle never came so we had to go to the main area and wait for the shuttle. The driver didn't help us with our luggage because the shuttle was full, plus he didn't even offer us a ticket for a reminder of where we parked. When we got to the airport we had to take care of our luggage ourselves. We still gave him a tip. Coming back to the lot was around 11:30 p.m.and everything went fairly well except our driver seemed put out that we didn't have a ticket to show where we had parked. We just got out in the main area and walked out our car.

Did not receive any advantages for booking through you. Parking lot did not care I had a reservation and even with your coupon I would have paid same amount. So what is your benefit?

I was very unhappy to find that when I arrived at the lot I was told to go down the road about 6.5 miles to a different lot. Why make a reservation if the lot is full and you get sent elsewhere? When I voiced by dissatisfaction to the gentleman on the desk I was told to and I quote "relax" and said that MCcoy Park and Fly would honor my Groupon. It may have been only 6.5 miles down the road but in Orlando traffic is was more than his 5 minutes. I will say that MCcoy was very nice and helpful but my reservation was at Best Rate and I will never use them again.
