😒 drop off was great, then...
Dropped off my family at the airport then drove to parking, very close by. Drop off was smooth, the bus was there within minutes. Then when returning from our looooong trip everything went wrong. It took them nearly an hour to pick us up, then we had to wait another 20 minutes to make the rounds for other customers who voiced their upset at having to wait so long. The airport center blamed me for not waiting in the right location, when I heard others complaining I knew it had nothing to do with me. I'm giving two stars only because the first part was good. I will not be using them again.

Online payment
I have been parking here for over 3 years, and even though most spaces are tight it is still a good price for covered parking.... but it would be ideal if we could pay online, like in the past. JC

They should fix elavators.

Confused but now C.

Decent price but confusing
I reserved a parking spot for a decent price but when I arrived there were no parking spots. Most of the parking was for compact cars and the larger cars were taking up two spots. When I finally drove through about three times I found a parking spot. After I parked I couldn't find the shuttle to the airport. I walked around the entire building until I found it. I wish the website had more in depth instructions for first time users. It was all very confusing and unclear, even the texting pick up system. However now that I've decoded it I could see myself making future reservations.

Elevator Issue
Everything was terrific except the elevator has been broken every time we have used the center.
