Biased and questionable
How does for example an airline like Qatar Airways with a Trustpilot rating of 1.6 become a 5* airline. I flew/fly hundreds of times long haul biz and first with different airlines, their crews are pretty good but the old busses (lack of gates), their shabby hub, their lounges. Most biz seats are average or below except Qsuite but still not the reference. It's a bit sad even companies like Skytrax are biased and clearly cannot be trusted.
