I want to thank Karen # 11077 for helping me resolve my problems with my 2 reservations yesterday. My wife and I must have called more than 50 times with calls dropped by Air France phone system or different responses to our problems but no one could ever help. As a Delta Medallion member I have flown AF business class international in the past and have been satisfied with the company. I downloaded the AF AP and purchased a business class ticket BOD to CDG for next year. It was seamless and easy to navigate.

Went very smoothly. Good IT systems in place.

Air France has great customer service, great planes, great crew, great food. I've been really satisfied flying with them in all cabins -- economy, business, and la premiere. Glad I tried them out for the first time a few years ago! Their branding is also beautiful
