what a scam. they post cheap prices then tell you it was a promotional price & it has expired then try to get you to pay more. SCAM...SCAM...SCAM

I bought a ticket in September to travel in December they canceled my ticket in December telling me I have to pay 1,500 more to get a new ticket worst customer service.good scamming

This is a scam don't buy anything from them they say we reserved your ticket than they say the ticket was cancelled bla bla and then try to sell you expensive ticket this is unreliable scam company ! The guy on the phone telling what you don't understand I yelled at him why don't you first confirm prices with airline than sell tickets! this is really stupid!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! EXACTLY WHAT EVERYBODY HAS WRITTEN BELOW IS TRUE! YOU BOOK A FLIGHT, NO MONEY COMES OUT OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. THATS THE RED FLAG THAT THEY DONT HAVE A TICKET FOR YOU! THEY THEN CALL YOU THE NEXT DAY AND TELL YOU THAT THE FLIGHT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE WHICH IS WHY YOU WERENT CHARGED. THEN THEY OFFER YOU A DEAL THATS 2 TIMES THE PRICE!!!!!!!!! SWITCH AND BAIT! DONT DO IT! IT JUST HAPPENED TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! WARNING DON NOT PURCHASE TICKETS THRU THIS WEBSITE!!!! They will call you back after buying the tickets and tell you it’s no longer available and up charge you for the same tickets!!!!

Scam, not a legitimate company. Do not use. They emailed me the day after booking and tried to get another $200 from me.

This is just a SCAM, just like many other customers, I booked a flight thru Airfly Smart and within the hour they call me to tell me the flight was not available unless I paid double the price of the reservation I had booked with them. They gave me other alternatives, but they were all super expensive. Websites like this one should not exist. They are simply horrible. They just mislead their customers.

Scam!! I booked a direct flight with them. An hour later, they told me the flight was over booked and moved me to another flight that included a layover. The next day they told me that my direct flight coming back was over booked and told them I wanted my money back. He than tells me that everything is fine and I’m all set on a direct flight back. A week later I receive and email saying my direct flight was canceled by the airlines. I called the airlines and they indicated that airflysmart canceled my reservations. I requested my money back and they refuse to refund me. I am out 4,500 USC dollars. Stay away from this company. I have been trying for 3 days to speak with a manager and they keep placing me on hold and leaving me there.
