Tech guy diagnosed the problem and explained it so even I could understand. Gave me the whole cost breakdown before any work done. Fixed it. Everything works fine now. Couldn't be more pleased.

We have used Aire Serv of Waco since we moved here 19 some odd years ago. Their office staff is exceptional (thank you Emmy!) and the technicians are first rate! Today was no different - many thanks to Dylan Rutherford for finding the problem with our heater so quickly and efficiently!!!

The company sent reminder about the date and time. The technican, Rob Sticker was on time and was quick and efficient. Very personable and extremely thorough and answered all my questions. He took care of the thermostat, filter and a loss connection. He did a terrific job in making me confident that my system was in good shape. He also did the tankless water heater.

They advertise as a 'Neighborly' company, but I would say their service is much more personal than just neighborly! They installed a new A/C for my disabled sister after a lighting strike destroyed hers. They helped with her insurance company, who I was so very disappointed in! Helped to make her more comfortable, while we waited 4 weeks for State Farm to make up their minds! Were always quick to call us back and were so sympathetic to my sister's situation. It was a very positive, pleasant and personal experience. They try to do the best job they can for their clients. A special shout out to Travis, David, Noah and Perry. And all the ladies who answer the phones are amazingly professional and pleasant!!!! I would give them lots of stars!!!

I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to the Aire Serv Savannah team for making right an issue with my A/C unit. A day after an Aire Serv technician serviced my A/C unit, the condenser burned up even though the unit had not been in use for several months. The sent a technician over right away and determined that a lead had not attached correctly. The owner took immediate responsibility and provided me with a new unit. The installation technicians, Andrew and Hunter, were excellent- extremely polite and respectful but most importantly competent. This is the type of business everyone should use. I highly recommend them.
