i would like to say thank you to Bryson for coming out and fixing my unit he was very professional and very friendly and he knew exactly what to do to fix my unit and he took the unit apart and he gave it a good cleaning so i would definitely give Bryson five stars so thanks again Bryson

We have been using Aire Serv of Sumter for going on 5 years now. They have been nothing but professional and knowledgeable in all our dealings. TJ came out today as our system seemed to be working a full potential. After resetting the heat and cool several times whatever was blocking the system allowed the AC to work at full capacity. Very satisfied Customer as always with Aire Serv.

AIRSERV was recommended by a wonderfull friend a year ago my mini spliter had some problems and recommended this local Air-conditioning co. I called next day in less than 10 minutes repairs were completed service charge done. A year later I decided to install a unit in my bedroom. Called AIRSERV. Next day visit looked at the room made a recommendation gave me a budget that worked for me. Diego and Victor shows up 10:30;am. To my surprise began the installment by 1 pm 3 electricians came installed and turned rhe unit on done by 3:30 pm....wow I'm so excited. On time, totally Profesional crew brand new equipment thankfully happiness in Cathedral City. Thanks again Rafael

Very professional, friendly, polite, knowledgeable. Sent a picture of our technician, Raylen, and let us know he was on the way. After his service, he gave us a printed copy of what all he had checked and cleaned. We now have a twice a year checkup with them.

Charlie with Air Ser was here on June 23.. he was very respectful and professional.. he covered his shoes and was asking all the question and answering all my questions.. I thought he was very thorough and went thru unit in and outside the house.. He explained everything to me and also about the yearly maintenance agreement which i agreed to.. i was very pleased with this service today..

Our Heat exchange unit was damaged (unbeknownst to us) and we had no cool air at all. The heat bothers my husband's health so I called several repair places, but no one answed except AireServ. They had replaced our furnace, in the past, so I knew they were good, but didn't know about heat exchange units. Chad was the technician who came the same day I called, found several problems which he repaired, and he had it up and running in just 2 hours. It is working now better than it did when it was installed last year. AireServ, once again gave great service. I highly recommend them.

We just had Aire-Serv come out to inspect our new HVAC system we bought on September 30, 2025, they called to ask if they could come early to inspect our HVAC system. Ethan S. and Rob P. came and went right to work, they were very thorough, very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions I asked and explained in depth how my system operated. Very Good Professionals.
