First time purchase of a DR968. I have heard and read so many positive reviews, that I decided to give it a try. I have spent a fortune on various space heaters and none of them really lived up to my expectations. I'm hoping this one will, and it does seem to be what it is claimed to be.

Great customer service! Also, the product was exceptionally packaged. There is no way this product would be damaged in shipping!! very impressive compared to many other products I've ordered on-line.

Thanks for one of the most satisfying purchasing experiences I've ever had. The ordering process was simple and easy to understand, and once the order was placed the turnaround time to get to my door was seemingly immediate. Thanks again, and happy holidays!

My package was delivered by FedEx ... POOR POOR SERVICE. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I finally received my package. Would use the company but I would request a different delivery service.

We have only had it for 24 hours, but is already exceeding my expectations. It makes ice quickly and takes the place of a Maytag referator ice maker which broke in just one year. The frig repair person told us that it couldn't be repaired and if we replaced it, the replacement unit would soon fail due to a design flaw. Instead of spending a huge amount of $ to replace it, we opted to buy the Air N- water ice maker. Beware of Maytag refrigerators!

Well worth the reasonable cost...
