We purchased an ice maker last year and it worked wonderfully... for just one season. When we tried it again this year, no ice. We contacted customer service and they deserve 5 stars for great, fast customer service. They are sending out a replacement. However, we would not rate the product the same as it only lasted a few months of use and we had to pay for return shipping. Hopefully this new unit will have more years to it.

I ordered a portable ice maker from these guys and there was a mix-up on the order where I didn't get the order nor did I get anything from them explaining what was going on. I contacted them via email and they responded relatively quickly and asked that I call them to resolve the issue. At this point I was quite unhappy with how things were going, hence the removal of a star from the rating. I spoke with Christine in customer service who is the reason they get 4 stars instead of 1 or 2. She quickly looked into it and offered the same model in a different color, which wasn't a big issue for me. I would give her 5 stars and whomever handled my order up to that point no stars.

Needed a replacement water pump for my Luma ice maker which was a little less than a year old. It was super easy to do and the customer service representative, Jennifer, was great!!!!

Received my ice maker but unfortunately it was the second package left during the week by Federal Express at the neighbors even after I had called Federal Express with details on this. I would advise a different deliverer. Plugged the ice maker in and have used it for one day. Not sure if there are some minor bugs in the control panel. For one thing, the power light continuously blinks on and off when I have turned it completely off. Unusual to say the least. Also in turning this on and putting water in the compartment, after selecting the ice size, that light would go off and the "ice full" red light would come on. Later during the day it seemed to kick on and make ice. I am reserving my opinion at this time and this product and company.

I just want to order the product. Why am routed towards a review first?

A couple of weeks ago I was searching the internet for a small portable washer and dryer that I can just hook on my faucet and wash my clothes. I ran across the Haier washer and wanted to order it. I was skeptical because my account has recently been hacked while shopping online. I called the number on the site and was transferred to Mike M. He was knowledgeable about product specific information, and told me where it was being shipped from and also the estimated arrival date and time. I have not received the product yet and I will write another review once I receive and use the product. Mike M was very helpful and provided all the information I needed to make a decision to order.
