I would avoid. I tried the free version of this plugin and it worked well for a week but then had issues. I contacted support and they asked for full administrative access to my site in order to fix it. I said no, I never give those details to anyone as it's a great way to lose your site completely. They then requested a screenshot of the problem, couldn't fix it with that, then requested a screen video, which I submitted, but said that I hadn't captured all of my browser details and that requested full administrative access AGAIN. To me this is all very phishy as they wanted so much access to my data. I've uninstalled the plugin.

I was using Yoast SEO before. Just wanted to try something new, so I tried AIOSEO - and I don't regret it. Staying with AIOSEO. Personally I think it has a cleaner user interface, and a few more perks out of the box.
