Thank you for leaving feedback and we apologize you didn't receive our responses to your emails. We strive to answer all calls and emails within 24 hours. We responded on 1/7 at 7:24pm, 5 hours after we received your initial email. Maybe the email accidently landed in your junk box. We provided a link to the software and explained the cable does not come with the charge controller. always good quality
I have been buying Aims Inverter / charges for several years for small of grid solar cabins for customer and have always had great luck with them.

Received the Inverters in good…
Received the Inverters in good condition. Currently organizing to build 2 offline solar systems at my vacation home overseas with the AIMS INVERTERS (the 12000 watts; the 2000watts 12/48Vdc/220Vac.). Stay tuned! I plan to update this further as we build and test our systems.

Very poor Services I purchased last…
Very poor Services I purchased last year from Aims Inverter 1000 watt corporation round about $350 but when i hadbeen tried used the product it was defective i lost the money when i call them they took my call & told me sorry we cannot help u u should bring the item back to us when we can checked I told them that item out of my reach beacuse that product is back to my home.they have to help me but Unfornately they never helped me very Awful and worse services I leraned the very good lesson never purchased anything from Aims INC.very worse behaviour & Services.. plz advices new customer Do not buy any kind of item from Aims Corporation.

Thank you for taking the time to post. We are happy to help troubleshoot your product but you will need access to the product. We provide lifetime tech support via email and phone to help save time and money BEFORE the product is sent back AIMS for inspection/testing. Many times the issue is resolved in the field.
