Somehow I purchased a modified sign…
Somehow I purchased a modified sign wave inverter despite only looking at pure sine wave inverters on their website, I called to inquire about returning for exchange. I asked asked after I was told all the instructions. would aims pay the return shipping. I was told no. My thought are that I was charged 18.99 for shipping and that since it is questionable how I ordered the wrong inverter. A good PR move in this situation would have been to pay the return shipping( prob less than 10 bucks) and earn a loyal customer . but instead they decided it was best to just get a onetime order . I did want to buy a pure sign wave inverter. (they cost more) I wanted more than one. I feel that if they are that tight what if I have a real warranty issue.

It took 2 emails and a phone call to…
It took 2 emails and a phone call to get a response on a warranted item. I am on the road and totally without any power support and only suggestion was to mail in and 5-10 business day response. My entire traveling itinerary now must change as I don’t have power to camp where I had planned and AIMS obviously wasn’t interested in sending a replacement.

Thank you for leaving us feedback. We try to make our warranty policy easy and straightforward. Our T&Cs state that we are not able to send out replacements ahead of time. We stand behind our warranty and will provide a replacement unit once we receive your unit. We know it can be frustrating when emails and phone calls are not answered same day and we are working diligently to respond to all customers as we have been busier than normal due to some of the natural disasters happening around the country. . We did respond on 8/7 and you also spoke with one of our techs. We still have a RMA authorization for you, should you choose to send the inverter back. Thank you.

Very poor Services I purchased last…
Very poor Services I purchased last year from Aims Inverter 1000 watt corporation round about $350 but when i hadbeen tried used the product it was defective i lost the money when i call them they took my call & told me sorry we cannot help u u should bring the item back to us when we can checked I told them that item out of my reach beacuse that product is back to my home.they have to help me but Unfornately they never helped me very Awful and worse services I leraned the very good lesson never purchased anything from Aims INC.very worse behaviour & Services.. plz advices new customer Do not buy any kind of item from Aims Corporation.

Thank you for taking the time to post. We are happy to help troubleshoot your product but you will need access to the product. We provide lifetime tech support via email and phone to help save time and money BEFORE the product is sent back AIMS for inspection/testing. Many times the issue is resolved in the field.
