I purchased 4 deep cycle 6V batteries

I purchased 4 deep cycle 6V batteries, along with the recommended charger, $1600.00 , 8 months ago , they claim 5 year warranty, batteries stopped taking a charge, returned them $400.00 shipping , they claim it's not their fault, warranty rejected. BUY YOUR BATTERIES FROM AMAZON Don't just read my review, the best part is their response, the perfect example of the " THE FOX WATCHING THE HEN HOUSE" I wonder if that is a auto reply on battery returns! don't buy batteries from them! I lost $2000.00 , they sell junk, they don't back up their products, BEWARE! BATTERIES PLUS! bring your receipt , no questions asked, this place advertises 5 year warranty! i even used the charger they recommended ! their story doesn't fly, there is no warning on the battery, it's advertised as a deep cycle , don't belleve them, they are crooks! stole $2,000.00 , thinking about small claims court!

Every warranty claim is thoroughly evaluated, and when a product qualifies under the warranty terms, we honor that coverage. In this case, the returned batteries were tested and inspected upon receipt. The evaluation determined that the batteries had not been properly charged and discharged during use, resulting in conditions that are not covered under the warranty. This finding was based on the condition of the batteries and the test results, not an automated response or arbitrary decision. We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, especially after the expense of purchasing and returning the batteries. However, the warranty is intended to cover manufacturing defects and qualifying failures, not damage caused by improper charging, discharging, or maintenance conditions. While we respect your right to share your experience, we respectfully disagree with the characterization that we do not stand behind our products. We have been serving customers for many years and remain committed to honoring valid warranty claims fairly and consistently.
