I used Aileen's short videos and Q&A on knowledge and process group topics and it was priceless in preparing for the PMP exam. Her manner of explaining how to narrow down answers and understand the concepts versus memorization are critical when you take this exam which covers 200 questions in 4 hours. I also highly recommend her books on Amazon for hands on practice questions with detailed explanations. You will not only pass the exam, you will understand the materials and you will be able to identify why certain answers are wrong when they seem to be so closely related to another question. And you'll be able to do this quickly. Thank you again, Aileen and I look forward to more classes with you in the future.

I passed on first attempt. This is such a great accomplishment. After taking several mock exams on prepcast and scoring in the 60s. I came across Aileen’s YouTube video’s as well as signing up for self study 2 weeks ago which made a huge difference. I attended zoom calls. I was able to have a clear understanding. Thank you Aileen.

Got it! Ace the PMP on the first try, scored above target in 4 of the 5 process groups. This has been such an accomplishment for me. I want to thank Aileen Ellis, PMP, PgMP, CSM, CSPO for her study plan. I attended her weekly study group every week and did the self study fast track program for 2 months to prepare for the exam. #pmi #pmp #pmpcertified

Aileen's Self-Study and Fast Track programs in addition to her weekly live calls were great at understanding the question and understanding the why behind the answer. I successfully passed the PMP exam on 12/18/20 with Above Target scores in all 5 domains!

Aileen's help is a must-have for your preparation. She helps you think logically.

I passed with 4/5 AT's on my second attempt! The first attempt was disheartening because I thought I was ready, when in fact, I wasn't. After reflecting on my failure, I realized that I possessed the "knowledge" (obtained from a 1 week boot camp $1K prep course), but still did not know how to "pass the exam." Knowledge is only the first step. If you want to pass the exam, you need to know how to break down each question into segments (what process are we in, what is the ACTUAL problem statement, what are the keywords in the problem statement that will lead to the correct answer choice, and why is each answer choice NOT the correct answer (process of elimination)? You MUST practice using exam simulators if you want to pass. I subscribed to 3 different practice exam engines, but only had enough time left to focus on using the BEST of the 3. Long story short, Aileen's course was the best of the bunch and was the Primary reason for my success. She teaches you what to focus on so you can answer the questions. Don't expect the questions to look familiar when you take the actual exam. They will be different, you can count on it. the only way you will pass, is if you know how to break the questions down and look for clues (keywords) that will lead you to the correct answers. If you try to rationalize ALL of the answers, you could get into trouble. TRUST Aileen's course agenda from start to finish. Don't take any shortcuts and It will lead you to success. PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE. Thank you Aileen! Your Prep course was truly the difference that tipped the scale in my favor!!!

I have been preparing to sit for PMI's PMP exam since 2019. I was advised to study PMBOK, memorize ITTOs and master the 49 processes. After doing all these I wrote the exam in May 2020 and failed. In my quest to pass the exam I stumbled into Aileen. I followed her free weekly training on Zoom and registered for her training. Her training style is unique as it made it easy for me to understand and pass the exam. I finally passed exam with 3 ATs 1T and 1BT. If you want to pass the exam, Aileen knows the way. Just follow her.

Aileen's program is a MUST for anyone wanting the PMP credential. Her self-study program is worth every penny. Aileen breaks down the methodology in small chunks and walks you through questions, which helps you think about what the question is actually asking. Aileen builds the vocabulary, but also helps connect to the big picture. Her advice is impeccable. I recommend following it. If she says, Pause the video, do it. Make flashcards and review, do it. Take notes and review, do it. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!!! Ashu Wiatrowski, PMP (as of 12/18/20)
