Response from Learna AISep 16, 2026
Dear Antonio, Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad you find Learna useful overall. You're right about the audio input — having your words misheard and turned into other languages is frustrating and interrupts the flow of a lesson. Our team is working on improving speech recognition accuracy, and we've passed your comment on. If you'd like to share more detail, you can reach us at [email protected]. Kind regards, Learna Team

Lida
Response from Learna AISep 16, 2026
Dear Lida, Thank you for this detailed feedback. Two fair points: the English speech is too fast for a beginner level, and there is no way to replay what the AI has just said. Your experience is extremely valuable for us. Both have been shared with our product team, as speed control and a replay option would make a real difference for learners starting out. If you'd like to discuss your experience further, please contact us at [email protected]. Kind regards, Learna Team

Taffa
Response from Learna AISep 14, 2026
Dear Taffa, Thank you for your feedback — we heard you, and this is now sorted. Your account has been reset to your level, so your next lesson will start from there. You shouldn't have been locked into a different level with no way to change it, and we're sorry for the frustration that caused. If anything still looks wrong when you open the app, or if you'd like help with anything else, please write to us at [email protected] and we'll take care of it right away. Kind regards, Learna Team
