A nightmare to be able to unsubscribe
What a horrible experience, there is no type of transparency with how the payment work and just realized now that I’ve been getting charged 16$ weekly since July without my knowledge, apparently they automatically auto renew your payments without notifying you, no email no text no nothing, and what a pain it was to be able to unsubscribe. I’d think twice before subscribing to an app like this

Das Lernprogram ist gut, sonst katastrophal
Das Lernprogram ist gut. Die Kommunikation mit der Firma ist äußerst unqualifiziert. Für Englischlernende schreiben sie außschließlich in englischer Sprache. Die Bezahlung erfolg bei einer anderen Firma PADDLE heiss diese. Die sind aber unerreichbar, in den Account kommt man nicht rein, Kündigung bei Learna unmöglich, auch wenn man geschrieben hat, dass man nur 1 Monat haben möchte, wird ignoriert, buchen fröhlich weiter ab. Nur durch die Kreditkarteinstitut konnte ich die Abbuchungen stoppen.
