Dear Emre, Thank you for your feedback. Lessons are designed to build on each other, and the tutor follows your lead during a session: if you would like to stay on a topic, review it or go more slowly, you can simply say so and the lesson will continue on that subject for as long as you need. You can also repeat any completed lesson at any time. We have noted your comment on pacing for our product team. If the tutor does not respond to these requests as described, please let us know at [email protected]. Kind regards, Learna Team

Dear Mariana, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear that Learna did not meet your expectations. Without more detail we are not able to identify what went wrong, so if there is a specific problem — a lesson, a technical issue or your subscription — we would be glad to look into it. You can reach our team at [email protected]. Kind regards, Learna Team

Dear Alejandro, Thank you for the feedback. We're glad the first lessons went smoothly, they're meant to ease you in, and the difficulty builds gradually from there. If anything ever feels too easy or too hard, just tell your tutor and the lessons will adjust. Kind regards, Learna Team

Dear José Pedro, Thank you for the review and for the smile. Learning without the fear of being judged is precisely why we built an AI tutor, so it's great to hear it feels that way. Kind regards, Learna Team

Dear Antonella, Thank you for your feedback. Speaking practice with pronunciation feedback is part of the app: in a conversation lesson you speak to your tutor and receive corrections on both pronunciation and grammar as you go. If this is not what you are seeing, it may be that the microphone permission is not enabled. Kind regards, Learna Team
