AIFS really enhanced my study abroad experience with all their weekend activities, and consistent travel trips and support throughout the week. I learned more about Spain, with their cooking classes, tours, and dance classes than I would have on my own. A lot of their email tips and debriefs helped me navigate the city, for a safe and enjoyable experience. Most of all the trip to Morocco and Andorra kept me engaged with other students and I made some amazing life long friends and memories. Being part of AIFS was one of the best choices I made when I was preparing to study in a different country.

AIFS was really great at keeping me safe while abroad and being attentive to my needs, which is all you can really ask for as a student. There was an instance when AIFS withheld important information from me, and most of the administrative staff was great, but the students they hired were not very helpful and kind of rude. The day trips were boring, but the administrative staff works very hard to help you out with anything and everything you might need.

Great experience, learned and saw so much. Wouldn't take it back for the world. AIFS has a lot of scholarships so be sure to apply! It is possible for anyone; I am a first gen. student who is financially independent and I was able to study in Florence, Italy which was small enough for comfort but diverse enough to really expand my world views. Wouldn't take it back for anything :)

I was very pleased with the education and meal programs with AIFS study abroad. They provided me with the full experience in the simplest way possible, making everything comfortable and convenient. The meal plan was absolutely excellent, and allowed me to have more of a cultural experience. The staff at the Richmond school was absolutely amazing and the structure of the classes were very easy to follow, understand, and were very educational about the Italian culture. The way the school did many out of class field trips was also very convenient and helpful. I enjoyed the fact that the program took us to London and Rome before we began classes, allowing us to be acclimated with a new cultural life before we were left on our own for 3 months. I loved the apartment that the program provided me with, the cost of utilities, as well as the landlord. Overall AIFS provided me with amazing amenities for the trip of a lifetime!

The best decision I made was choosing AIFS for study abroad. AIFS makes sure you feel comfortable and safe wherever you go. The directors are always there for any questions you have and want to make your experience unforgettable. I would chose AIFS to study abroad!

They were very responsive and organized. The one thing I was unhappy about was the expenses. For the program led trips, I felt this price was ridiculous considering we had to buy flights separately. Specifically, the Andalucia trip, I am not quite sure what we paid for besides a hotel and bus. Other than that the staff was always there to answer any questions. They were very nice and welcoming people. If I could study abroad again, I would gladly choose this program.

Sandrine my advisor was so incredible and made it easy to learn French but Erin craw was absolutely awful, her communication was terrible.

I conpared at least 7 different program providers and I am so glad I chose AIFS to study abroad with! The on-site staff in Prague are fantastic, friendly, and super helpful. I liked that different things, like an all-inclusive transportation pass and one starting cell phone sim card, were provided. If I were to do the same program over, I maybe would have not done the flight plan just because I'm sure i could have found cheaper. The excursions were great, and we always stayed in really nice, centrally located hotels. All in all, I was happy with my experience with AIFS.
