The overall program was good, I cannot give five stars though based on little things that occured. The staff did their job but we're sometimes overbearing. More often it was better for me to go out and figure stuff out, which should be apart of study abroad. Too many times they presented themselves as having all the answers when they didn't. I had a great time though and would still recommend the program.

Amazing -honestly my experience aboard speechless, the people in charge of the program are extremely sweet and helpful with anything you need. I definitely adjusted to the life style very quickly and I did not want to leave. The classes were also fun because without that I would not have seen most of Spain. I was not aware that the class took you on trips so it was a great surprise. Also the trips that the program took you on were not mandatory but I went to most of them because I paid for them and why not go and experience new things. The apartment that I stayed in was super clean and incredibly nice and I was also not expecting that. It was just amazing because that was my first time ever traveling internationally and I did not once feel unsafe and would 100% travel back and experience more that I was not able to do since it was only for 2 weeks.

I loved studying abroad with AIFS. The program directors abroad were so kind, generous, helpful and fun to travel with! They were having fun with all of us, which made them more approachable when we ran into problems (medical, lost/stolen property etc). The excursions that were included in the program were well structured and really encouraged inclusivity within the crowd. And it was nice going on these excursions knowing I would be saving some money that weekend due to the convenient all inclusive pricing

I had a great experience! I loved exploring one city for a few weeks and then the excursion to Morocco was amazing as well. The guided tours through the cities were detailed and helped us navigate around Morocco and Granada. I would travel with AIFS again if I had the opportunity.

I enjoyed my time with AIFS study abroad overall. However, there were some issues with the transcripts after my return. Despite several emails and phone calls, it remained difficult to determine the progress of said transcripts being mailed to my home university. In addition, the Art History professor I had while in Paris was extremely challenging to communicate with. I did enjoy the content of this class, but the structure and the professors choices throughout the semester were simply unacceptable. I expected more.

I am so glad that I studied abroad with AIFS! I learned so much both through the class and through the extracurricular activities that I had the opportunity to go on. I had the opportunity to go to Dublin, which has become my new favorite city! I met awesome people, and all of the professors that worked with us were very knowledgeable and kind. The only issue I had with the program was that it was a bit disorganized--there were two days that we were given incorrect information for scheduling, and that did cause some issues. However, overall it was a great experience!

I met some of my closest friends and saw amazing places while abroad. I would not change this experience for the world even if I had a chance.

My experience studying abroad was one of the most fulfilling experiences i’ve ever endured. I learned so much about life, nature, and myself doing this. There were times where I did want to go home, but I remembered why it is I wanted to do this. My homestay experience was great as well. My “mama tica” and I had a good relationship. Doing this helps you grow so much. Because of studying abroad, I want to travel so much more and learn so much from different cultures. If I could do this again I would!
