Great package that supports you through the process of managing and hopefully beating the pain of pelvic pain

8 days into the programme and so far it’s going well. Video content is educational, easy to follow and well structured. I’m not noticing a big difference with symptoms yet, but, it’s early days.

Good overview of all the possible symptoms and the full rounded nature of treatment required. However the exercises NEED special yoga type equipment which you're going to have to go and purchase separately. They should warn you about that or structure then with common items people can use instead.

Pleased with the course so far. But I wrote for advice and didn’t receive a response. Communication is dissapointing.

Good online curse that helped me make a lot of progress. Having a resource section with for example a lot of physical therapists would be nice!
