The directions are clear and demonstrated well. I have made good progress in stretching. Have seen no improvement in bladder symptoms but its only a week since starting.

The AidPlan© online program shows you how to treat the most common pelvic diseases yourself. Most of these conditions have a chronic course and require consistent, long-term care. You can do this from home with the AidPlan© online program. The AidPlan© online program is aimed at anyone suffering from chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), pudendal neuralgia, bladder pain syndrome, interstitial cystitis or chronic abacterial prostatitis (in men). A 12-week plan sets out the exercise structure and the video course explains all the necessary steps - help for self-help instead of open questions. Our experienced therapists are also available for video calls to clarify complaints and make individual adjustments.

I have only done Aidplan for a week or so, so I unfortunately can’t provide too awful much. Their program is definitely intense. You have to be really dedicated to getting better in order to try it. There’s a lot of good stuff in here and some treatments that I haven’t even had recommended in the 7 years I’ve had prostatitis. The negatives however are that there isn’t as much content as you would think for the price. They don’t provide any video tutorial on KEGEL exercises, no guided meditations (even though they recommend you mediate daily), no way to see your progress (other than the check list for your plan), no interaction with other users, no communication that I’m aware of with the doctor, no guidance on internal trigger points other than to see a specialist (which I’m sure we all already have). At one point, the presenter asks the purchaser to look up other things they can do within the module elsewhere. You are the program! You should already have it! I think this program would benefit from being more comprehensive considering the price you pay to use it. With all this being said, it is another approach to take to deal with my chronic issue. If it works, as it seems like it has for other users, that would be awesome and my stars may go up.

The videos are very good- they explain and show the excercises clearly. Some of the exercises are too difficult for me to do because I also suffer from Parkinsons disease. However, a proff physio help me with the trigger points. Some pain release after 7 weeks, but still too much pain. No pain during night.

Its just a basic course with all the necessary details. You need a lot of patience in the entire journey. also i didnt find an option to ask for doubts. overal it is quite basic guide.

Hi,I started a coupelweeks ago and I find it very hurtful. Ian not giving up but I have stopped until I get a nerve block. They said it will last about four months so during that time I will start again hoping I can go through it with our pain.

I have looked at the introductory material for AidPlan and am impressed with the presentation and quality of material there. Finding the time and space in a busy household to concentrate on oneself is difficult but having paid good money to improve one's physical and mental health, one needs to take responsibility for one's own needs.
