The program is very user friendly, and allows you to go at your own pace. I like the fact you can rewind segments and also revisit segments you've already watched-watch them again, for reinforcement of clarification. I've had CPPS 5X times before and this is a very useful as a companion education series. It places the importance this issue REALLY deserves-and certainly makes you feel you're not alone norare you actually going thru this all alone.

I just started the program and felt that the explanation of the pain of pudendal was very informative. Explaining the cause of the pain and the steps needed to treat it in a step by step plan treatment program is what I was looking for. Excited to begin treatment.

Very informative course, explaining about my condition and the possible causes first, as well as how I might be able to differentiate between the different conditions. And then a complete course with schedule recommendations to help me overcome these issues. I'm in the middle of the work and feeling some relief already.

Within 3 days of doing the programme my symptoms of pudendal neuralgia had reduced significantly. After one week they were gone completely! I continue to do the stretching routine daily to release tension in the pelvis. This programme was the only treatment that worked.
