Easy to follow instructions, really interesting information and I have noticed very quickly a definite improvement in all my symptoms …. A long way to go yet as I am only one week in with severe symptoms but really pleased so far.

I have found the topics that are covered are well presented. I do wish they went into detail how to do internal trigger point therapy in detail instead of just a description of what it is and how it helps.

Having struggled for many years with Prostrate issues and multiple exploratory operations and doctors just prescribing painkillers and antibiotics and not getting to the bottom of the propblem I was rock bottom and exhausted and had spent £££££ trying all sorts of tablets and drinks and supplements - this was the last throw of the dice, it was after a night spend getting up at least 10 times, I thought it's time for me explore a different route, onto google and aid plan popped up, I read the reviews and thought it made a lot of sense and thought it was money well invested, I have been doing the course of 2 weeks now and it's a lot of learning but wow Ive not had any issues and now go the whole night through without needing the toilet, I feel alive again... I also feel cheated that our doctors and experts don't recommend these exercise's, feel like I've had many years of needless pain and feeling I'll... the course is easy to understand and I love how they break down the videos into modules .. Hoping this review helps other people - shame on the NHS for not knowing this. I'm fully in change mode and it will now be part pf my daily routine- Thanks Aidplan
