The instructors clearly show the exercises and the inportant factors to focus on. One of the first books I bought "Headache in the Pelvis" some six years ago. I agree that all the modalities are needed to find comfort and live a quality life.

Simply and reassuringly explained in the first place. having seen a specialist Urologist, this course has a better understanding of the condition and is delivered in easy to understand videos. The exercises are very effective and have given me real peace of mind. Couldn’t recommend enough.

After numerous doctors' examinations, several tests including two MRI's and a CT scan, I was diagnosed with an unknown/non-specific pelvic floor issue. Pain medication was prescribed with a mention that PT may help. Finding a PT that specializes in male pelvic floor treatment is difficult at best and the wait time is protracted. I found AidPlan on the internet. It seemed well researched: Both in users and specialists. Today, with only one week in I feel noticeably better. I can sit and sleep longer than i could this time last week. I am hoping the remaining eleven weeks, along with a lifetime of good habits moving forward, will alleviate most if not all of my pain.

Aidplan has been a life saver. Two urologists told me, there's nothing we can do for you. So I was glad to come across Aidplan. You must be willing to invest the time of course and focus on what you're told to follow the plan twice a day but the pain was sufficient to motivate me to do anything. The results were quick and within 2 days the pain started to subside, going away completely after a bit over a week. Digital therapy is definitely highly effective.
