It takes a lots of dedication and work to succed with tgis program, but it seems to be worth it. My symptoms have reduced and become less frequent, but there is still a long way to recovery

The AidPlan© online program shows you how to treat the most common pelvic diseases yourself. Most of these conditions have a chronic course and require consistent, long-term care. A 12-week plan sets out the exercise structure and the video course explains all the necessary steps - help for self-help instead of open questions. Our experienced therapists are also available for video calls to clarify complaints and make individual adjustments.

I’ve been dealing with chronic prostatitis for almost a year. I’ve tried every antibiotic out there but lately I’ve been on Bactrim which appears to be helping slightly. However the biggest relief I get is through AidPlans routine. I do the routine twice a day along with the pressure point therapy. I have to say this has helped me quite a bit. There’s still pain on a day to day but for the last 2 weeks since I started this it appears to help relieve some of the pain. I’ll continue and hope to relieve the pain 100%.

Good program. Reasonably priced. It will be better if they spend more time on how to find those trigger points. Also better to have different variation on stretches and strength training. So I don’t have to repeat the same stretches everyday. Overall, it’s good and its nice to have a program that I can follow through.

It is a good course. Quality information and good explanations. Good job.

I believe there should be more video examples of showing the exercises rather than explaining what to do.

I found Aidplan to be very professionally presented, informative, and easy to follow. The explanations and demonstrations of the exercises were excellent. It has helped me to better understand my disorder and to realise that I am not alone in dealing with these very unpleasant symptoms. I have been doing the exercises and meditations nearly every day for 10 weeks and perhaps just starting to see some positive response. I will certainly keep going keeping in mind that it can take months to achieve the desired result.

This is quite an intensive course and you really have to stick with it. After having pelvic discomfort for 14 years and all sorts of tests all proved negative. I was running out of hope. The Aid plan has given me something to work on. I still suffer but have better days so this is a positive.
