Though I've only had the program for a little more than a week, I've been impressed with the quality and content of the videos. They do a much better job explaining the condition than my doctor did and set out reasonable expectations for recovery. I like the hopeful messaging, and I seem to be experiencing longer periods that are pain free.

I found the material very informative the exercise plan is really helping me and i already am feeling some relief which is amazing. The holistic approach appeals to me for sure and I don't believe that modern medicines on their own will ever get to the 'root cause' common sense should tell us that but inderstanding where your trigger points lie and where you are knotted up can only be treated with massage, stretching and therapy as described in this great plan. Would recommend for any sufferer of Pelvic pain.

I have been using the plan daily for about 5 weeks and am greatly improved. My pain has for the most part disappeared and I am feeling so much better. It requires about an hour a day but it is a very comfortable one. Great program!

Having spent some years visiting countless consultants/ therapists and never getting any diagnosis and people having no joined up thinking, by pure chance I came across this course. Having started this some of its feels familiar but in one place and I feel less isolated. I have many videos to go and can see that a daily practice is vital as is stated and this will not be fixed in a couple of weeks. Male pelvic pain I find is just not on the radar. So I have some hope and at the price is well worth a shot.The videos I can see are informative and you can email for support. As I have been on this painful journey I am able to see what is covered is good and presented well. So for GBP £163 it's def good value compared to private consultations and being told diffrent things.
