Tanya, Thank you for taking time to send us a review. We understand that you had issues placing an order through our wholesale division, as your account had not met the minimum requirements needed to qualify as a wholesale account. From time to time things do slip through the cracks, however it has always been part of our requirements to maintain a certain dollar amount yearly to remain active. The last time your account met the requirements was in 2015. Should a wholesale account not meet the amount and/or want to add to their order, they can opt to accept an up-charge. All communications that were sent to our customer service team have been received and responded to. The most recent email, which was sent on 12/2/2019 at 4:56PM CST will be addressed today, as we typically are able to get responses back in 24 hours or less. If you no longer have your welcome guide from when you opened your account, please let our team know so we can send you a new one. Should you choose to keep your account closed and purchase else where as noted in your email, we do understand and wish you the best with your business. The Aidan Gray Team

We are sorry that you were unaware and item was not available. We show stock status online, but also send out order acknowledgements via email that advise of the product ETA's. Payments are not processed until an order ships, so if you requested a refund, there was nothing to return as you were not charged. Richard, Thank you for your review. We try to ensure measurements are correct, but from time to time, have to make updates due to production runs or design updates. We never want our customers to get something that they didn't expect. Nikki, We are sorry that you had a bad experience on your order. The promotion that was ran during the time the order was placed involved purchasing standard items for X amount of dollars allowing you to get X amount of dollars towards retired items on the order. It does not appear that any retired items are on your order, however, our Director of Sales will be reaching out to see if you would like any of those items. Kristi, Thank you for your feedback. We show that your order shipped via UPS, so some packages may show up at different times and/or dates, as UPS doesn't always keep boxes together. Upon tracking your order, some items were delivered on the 19th and the rest were delivered today at 3:55 p.m., however if there is anything missing and/or an issue, please submit a claim and we will get it resolved in a timely manner. We moved our claims process to an online only system two years ago to simplify the process for everyone and to prevent delays. When you go to our claims site here: http://claims.aidangrayhome.com/ your claim is time stamped and sent into the claims team immediately, which also goes across our CEO's desk.
