The future relies on customer service agents like Gordon. Finally someone who really cares about you and your needs. He was one of the most helpful, professional and intelligent specialists I have come in contact with in a very lengthy time. Sure, there are many insurance companies that could have retained my business but it was Girdons overall willingness to help me even knowing that I might not be able to be approved. My advice to his employer is to promote him to a much higher capacity position as a training and development manager, before some other company realizes his talents and make him an offer. My representative was very knowledgeable in helping me with my policy. We both were shocked how my policy went up when I reduced some things.

Initially the phone number for Ahoy didn't work. When I used the Spinnaker Insurance number the call was answered and I was on hold for less that 2 minutes until connected with an agent. He informed me that the policy renews automatically and I will receive an email 5 days prior to expiration. This was the information I required.

Customer service was able to update my policy change quickly and emailed me my new updated policy minutes later.

Easy and telephone access was in good pace
