A few things... guess I was thinking I would get an insurance card like I do with my cars to keep with my registration card on the boat (these things help when FWC or the coast Guard decide to board you and do an inspection). Can't find such a thing in the app, nor have I received anything in the mail like a card. Secondly - the app. it FINALLY let me in after numerous attempts. I was able to complete my inspection. But I cannot get the weather to work - i get an "something went wrong" error UPDATE: I have to say I never really expected anyone to reach out to me. BUT - I did receive a few calls from Ahoy to look into the issues with the weather app. The fact that they took my 'suggestions' as way to improve the platform overall, definitely makes me feel valued as a customer. If I ever have a claim and they take it just as seriously - I will be very pleased!!!

Thank you Ron for the feedback. We value improvement opportunities not less (and maybe even more) than perfect reviews. As for the card - great input! A few updates: 1) Very soon (we hope within the coming two weeks) you will be able to access the MyAhoy! section on your mobile. Like this section on the web, there you will be able to pull the declaration page and other documents, as well as conduct other operations such as change payment method, etc. 2) If your point is that it will be valuable to have the information which is in the declaration page in a card format then we have taken this input into consideration and will add it to our feature enhancement backlog 3) Similarly, if the point is about having a physical card then we took this into consideration as well As for the bug related to accessing the app - yes, we had such a bug and worked hard to resolve it As for the Weather - this is the first time we hear about such an issue. We will have one of our specialist reach out so to get more details and help resolve the issue. We take our customer (Crew Mates) experience very seriously and strive not only to provide insurance for the boat but also assurance that we will be "thee" for you at time of need. As such, again, thanks for the feedback and please be in the lookout for 1) the updated version of the app and 2) one of our specialists reaching out re the Weather functionality Ahoy!

I asked for confirmation of my policy to send to my bank, basically stating that everything is insured with my policy details,to be sent to my email. He said it would be there in 30 minutes never got it. He also said me paying an extra 35 increased the value of my boat because adding a new more horsepower more expensive motor on my policy but i havent seen that yet either. Hopefully yall will get it sorted out!

You can also go to www.ahoy.inaure, click on MyAhoy! at the top right of the page, log-in with your cell number and a code you will get to it, and get the documents from there. If you cant find the e-mail and cant log into your account please e-mail [email protected] and [email protected] and we will call you today, off our business hours which are Mon-Fri 9am-8pm EST.
