Dear Doris, we've checked with our shipping partner and learned that unfortunately, they were unable to locate your package. While it is extremely rare for a package to go missing, we understand how disappointing this can be. We have left a message in your mailbox with a solution for you, so check it out! As a young startup, we will keep pushing ourselves to better serve our customers. Thank you for your understanding and do let us know if you have any questions!
