I got a generic message BS after a situation on their site. When shopping on their site, even when we choose different colors for a pack of 5 like I did last time and then we go look at the colors while going through the pictures it switches all your order to the color you are looking at. This is why I got a 5 pack of the same color last time. When you do your choices it shouldn't change while you scroll through the site. This is a glitch which needs to be repaired on your side and we should be refunded adequately. This is not a hard fix for your website, so a refund should be issued and the glitch repaired so it doesn't happen to someone else. This is how you build a trusted consumer base. If you don't, this means you are profiting from the situation. They did offer a discount of 70$ for an order of 128USD$ to rectify the situation but it only applies on full priced items and not on a 3 pack special or any special for that matter. I find their productreally good but after this situation, I will not go there again. Really disatisfied with a situation which they could have used to rectify a small issue and get a regular costumer like me.
