I never received my package and it isn’t because I wasn’t home. I answered the door the day your rep says I wasn’t. And I received other packages that day.

I have placed two big orders on the 11/25/2022 and have not received a shipping notice since then. The transections were already made through my bank account but I have received nothing since. Highly doubt if this is a scam or not cause I have been trying to email them and received no reply. I really like the items I ordered and would like to know at least their status right now. Please reply. An update: I have been contacted by them saying that I should receive a shipping notice in 5 business days so I am guessing they are really back up on their Thanksgiving/Black Friday orders. Hope that help anyone. Will update more once I receive anything more. An updated: Both of my orders have been shipped from China finally and once your orders are shipped. They will send you the tracking code. For me, it took about 2 weeks A final updated: The package has arrived but they were extremely cropped and short. The sizes were fine cause I followed the size chart but it doesn't help when their website didn't specify the length of each item. Like a long pants came out to be 3/4 length for me. I just hope their customer service can reply my email and give me the refunds that I needed. May not want to buy from them again.

I just made a purchase 3 days ago. After I placed it, it said they will email me the order number. I have never rcvd an email. I can’t track my order. All I get is promo emails which I never signed up for.

Awful. Low quality. Refuse to process returns. Don’t waste your money.

I was hooked on some looks that popped up on an instagram ad. After looking at other items, I couldn't resist adding some of the pieces I really liked to my cart. I was weary to order from this site for a few reasons...the reviews on the site were few and fake, instagram ads can tend to be sketchy, there was not a phone number associated with the business for customer service (only an email), and looking to this review site didn't make me very confident that I would get what I ordered. BUT, despite all the flags, I ordered on November 8th and my package arrived November 22nd. For being an affordable clothing site with cute and unique pieces, I wasn't sure what kind of quality I would be getting. I LOVE the three items I ordered, the tops are thin, but it is what I was expecting; and the leggings are so soft and don't slip (except for the waistband that rolls down a little bit due to lack of elastic in it). Only one of the items was the wrong size, I ordered a Large and got an Extra-Large, but it was a shirt so it makes it more of an oversized look which is fine for me. I'm not sure if I would order from this company again, but I am glad that I got the clothes I was excited about.

I was sent the wrong size and told that they don’t do returns they will not send me the correct size and will not return my sweatpants. Never again will I order from this company.

Absolutely no response from customer service. Website might be a scam. services@ahaselected is an email that has no one responding to questions. I was told my item was out of stock and I would receive “an extra gift” when restocked on the 15th. When I messaged the service email i receive no response despite wanting to cancel my order to this fake site. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!

I have ordered from AHA Selected several times and have been pleased with their products and after a short glitch with their customer service, I can say that this is a legit and very viable marketing company that provides excellent value with ther "selected" products. I highly recommend!
