AGS Beauty from Portland Metro area is very trustworthy business for salon equipment
My name is Theresa Nguyen. I am the manager for Amaze Salon next to Target in Beaverton Oregon. I am local customer here so I have a chance to visit their local showroom and their warehouse. Everything is nice and trustworthy. I met up with Barry Yu, sale representative for AGS. He is very friendly, honest and equipped with good customer service. I just recently bought the hair salon equipment with AGS Beauty including 3 chairs, 3 stations, 1 shampoo bowl and mats. After careful consideration with other sites on the internet, I decided to choose AGS Beauty Equipment because they have nice salon equipment and they are local business. They have free shipping and easy return as well. One more bonus since they are local, I can just stop by for the parts I need to repair my equipment. Hassle free. Plus their pricing is very affordable. As a salon manager, I know the important of supporting local business. I would recommend any salon owners to check AGS out and buy from them, especially here in Portland Metro area.

Great Customer Service!
I spoke with Barry on 12/13/17 regarding new equipment and we followed up on 12/14/17. Barry was patient with me during the sales transaction. Most importantly, he made sure to provide me with all the current offers and discounts. I ordered from AGS Beauty in 2014 for my second salon and was extremely happy with the service prior but Barry was outstanding! Great job Barry!

I recently ordered 2 pieces of equipment, a cabinet roll cart and a dryer. Loved the roll cart and the dryer chair but there was an issue with the chair part of the unit. I called them and I have to tell you their customer service was excellent. I explained my concerns and they addressed them in a very timely manner. The issue has been resolved and I am very happy with my purchases. Thank you Steven for all of the help you have given me. It has been greatly appreciated!!
