Great service, fast delivery.
AGS customer service is very helpful in tracking shipments. Only complain I had was to do with the freight company out chairs shipped with. I would order from AGS again either way.

Great customer service....Beautiful chairs....but..
Chairs r beautiful but the bummer is that they are very bulky and big for stylist. clients also like the fact that they are comfortable. From a 5'1 stylist/owner these chairs r huge!! Haven't contacted ags beauty yet to see if they're is anything we can do about that . If the chairs might be able to go down lower or if there is anything we can do . Other than that the chairs r great and got a lot of good feedback from clients

The equipments are good. With exception of the Barcelona chair that the bottons are coming off. AGS have responded to my complaint are sending me a cover for the chairs.

Prompt and pleasant ordering experience.
I have zero complaints about my item that I purchased. Prices were the best I found. I did however not receive my shipment when I was suppose to and was really too busy to track my order. I did call the company and come to find out the shipping was not the right amount. I just think they should have possibly tried harder to get in contact with me about my order. I was very happy with the person I talked to, very pleasant and answered my question. She then got my order shipped the same day. I am big on really good customer service. A happy Customer keeps them coming back and also refers others to use their store. Thank you!

Great product!
I ordered 4 Versailles stylist chairs for my salon. I love the look and feel of them, they re beautiful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is two of the options I chose originally we not actually available for the chair, one of the options was down graded and not refunded, I didn't complain because they were relatively easy to deal with and the shipping was quick. One other minor issue is one of the chair bases wasn't drilled all the way through so it only has 3 screws holding the chair down instead of 4, the chair doesn't quite feel as sturdy I will have my husband come in and fix it for me at some point, but overall I really like the chairs, and all the clients love how comfortable they are.
