We as a group have been trying to implement SCRUM into our school setting. After taking this course, we realized that some of the things we were doing right, but then realized we had things incorrect. Now, going through this course we can go back and fix/change the things that we have been doing incorrectly.

The class was very engaging! I appreciated the activities that were implemented into the course. The activities helped us understand the material. It was also an opportunity for us to work together with our classmates. I'm confident that I will pass my exam. I highly recommend taking John Miller class.

This was a great training. John Miller is an engaging and interesting teacher. Teaching over technology and not in person provides lots of challenges. John overcomes those challenges with humor and visuals. I would highly recommend this class to others who want to get their SCRUM certification.

John Miller's CSPO course was amazing. I was engaged from beginning to end! I loved how we started with understanding user needs and crafting outcomes before diving into features and the backlog. I feel more empowered to prioritize features users really need and saying no to those that don't. Can't wait to apply these practical tools to my job right away. A great investment of 3 days of my time.
