I ordered a pictured ornament. It did take a while to get here, but I love it! Their customer service is great. They sent an email the day it arrived to make sure that I received it. I will order again.

I bought a purse for my daughter for graduation and we absolutely love it!!! We have since bought 6 more items from this company!!! Everything is adorable n looks EXACTLY like the picture!! The only thing I didn’t like at first was that it took a month to receive my purse but as I found out it says right in the order form that because it’s personalized that it would take a month or so to get it to me.The next time I ordered I knew to allow the shipping time. I ordered a large office sign, when it arrived it had with a small gouge to the corner. (Obviously from shipping) I commented on a Facebook post that mine had arrived with a bit of damage but overall was really cute. I wasn't going to make a big fuss. Within 24 hours their customer service had reached out to ME! I sent a photo and they sent me a replacement. Based off just this company's customer service, I would order again. (these items do ship from overseas even though it did appear it would be shipped within the US) but I still received in a very timely manner, especially being a customized product.
