I ordered my ornament on 10/24/23
I ordered my ornament on 10/24/23, I used a family photo I took on vacation. I ordered 3 of the same ornament. I was immediately emailed the status of my order and every few days was emailed at what stage they were at. My ornaments were delivered in 2 weeks. They are exactly like the picture I used. I love it no m sure they will also
