This is one of the most receptive, respectful and compassionate companies I have dealt with in the past. Their customer service is above and beyond reproach. Now…the product is just as it is advertised. Absolutely wonderful! Honestly I was a tad leary when given a tracking number that didn’t correspond with the delivery confirmation number that the USPS uses and I received what has to be known without doubt a fraudulent text from the USPS. I have seen other texts similar but this one was much more detailed. That’s when the ladies in customer service shined like stars in the sky. Always as nice and helpful; I am a retiree from the post office and voiced my concern about confirmation number not matching in order to track my over $100 order. They continued to be concerned and helpful and answered every email in a timely manner. I was never sitting in limbo waiting for a response. I could not be more pleased with the finished product. The ornaments were properly shipped~I had chosen the “free” shipping. Cheers to you all for a job well done! Thank you and may God bless you!
