Straight up review!
First, I love the three ornaments I received. I thought the emails that I received after placement were awesome and made me lol because they were rather creative and certainly not boring. I cannot recall any confirmation emails that were fun! Like many of the writers I see, I was getting anxious about the delivery but the company says 20 *business days*. Once I realized that I took a deep breath and promised myself to be patient. Sure enough they were here in 18 business days. The kids love their ornaments of them playing their sport (doesn’t look like I can upload a photo) and they look cool on the tree. Bottom line, you need to plan ahead. I cannot recall if there was an option for expedited shipping. If not, maybe the company can consider that for last minute shoppers. That would be me most often! I read some of the reviews about the company not responding and I will just say that my experience was NOTHING like that. In fact, anytime I did reach out because I was getting nervous, I received a email within the day, sometimes within hours of sending. In each case, Paige assured me all was well. Even when it looked like my package was going elsewhere, it ended up in my mailbox that same day. The package came from Texas, so not some scam from China (that was my fear when there was a delay. Been there, done that….). Bottom line: 1. Order early (customer) 2. If there is no expedited shipping consider adding this as an option. (Company) 3. The tracking site was accurate but not as detailed as the other tracking sites I’ve used when you can see every stop along the way to your home. Rest assured it gets to you. Next year I shall order ornaments of our puppies!
