Hi there! 🌟 Thanks so much for your feedback. We're glad to hear that your order arrived in great condition, although we're sorry for any delay. Your point about the promotional images is noted, and we'll work on making them more accurate. The fact that the ornament holds such a special meaning for the family is truly heartwarming. We're honored to have played a part in commemorating their son's last Christmas. We're here to help create moments that matter. 😊🎄💕🕊️ As a way to express our gratitude, we'd be delighted to send you a special gift. Please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] to claim your special surprise. All the best, Kenneth Moore from A Gift Customized
