After reading the reviews on trustpilot.com, I placed my first order on 11/25/23 for 9 ornaments. I received my ornaments 12/8/23 and I love them. I had a concern about how one of them would turn out so I emailed them with my concerns. They emailed me back right away assuring me it would be fine, and it was. They did a great job. They place a protective coating on the ornament for shipping and when I removed that, my beautiful ornament was exposed. I am so excited to share them with my family. I will definitely order from them again. They kept me well informed through the whole process.
