Loved it!!!
I’m always skeptical of ordering online. With this order I was always kept up to date on what was going on with my personalized gift!! When it arrived the gift was very well packaged!! When I opened the package, the gift was packaged again in a protective covering! The personalized gift looked exactly like the picture I had sent!! The gift receiver LOVED it! I will order again!

Absolutely love the ornaments.
Absolutely love the ornaments. I was afraid they might be blurry or something but they are perfect on both sides of the ornament. They do take about 30 days to arrive so order early if you're giving a gift.

Alice is the best!
Great opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate my relationship with my wife with an ornament we can hang on our tree for years to cone. Alice has been fantastic with her customer service from the moment of purchase to ensuring delivery. Will certainly return again for more ornaments (especially once my wife receives her gift and wants another, and another...LOL).

Thankful to be together ❤️
This past Thanksgiving was the best one ever. My three Son's and their families gathered together over a great meal. We decorated our Christmas tree filled with memories of Christmas past. Each year, I would have an ornament with their pictures on it for the next chapter of our lives. Our Granddaughter Violet got the chance to put up her special ornaments too. We took a picture in front of our memory tree and knew I had to gift it to everyone...agiftcustomized.com did just that! They made us come to life in this Ornament! Just wish I would've cropped the dogs butt...but I'm sure they will get a good laugh now and in years to come! Thank you a gift customized for your efficient, professional handling of my precious memory!

That sounds like a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration filled with love, family, and cherished traditions. I'm delighted to hear that we helped bring those special memories to life with the personalized ornament. It's those little details, like the dog's butt, that can add an extra touch of humor and make the ornament even more memorable. Wishing you and your family continued joy and warmth during the holiday season and beyond! As a way to express our gratitude, we'd be delighted to send you a special gift. Alice the Elf on a Shelf
My review is my response back to the sweet young lady, I guess, that sent emails everyday Got it!! Thanks Alice for all your perky little emails! I love it and for keeping me posted every single day of my purchase. I’m so glad I checked my email today with the video of how to pull off the plastic cover because I was honestly a little disappointed before I read your email. I thought it was scratched but when I pulled the plastic film off it was beautiful!! Thank you!! I will be ordering again! Claire 🥰
