I cannot say enough good about my experience with this company. First of all, the idea is so novel that it answered many ideas I had about family and friends' Christmas gifts. One was so beautiful that I gave it as a birthday gift on December 9. I couldn't wait until Christmas!! Alice's emails keep we well-informed, and I enjoy reading them. I was a tad nervous after I ordered since it seemed as if my ornamental gift was coming from quite a distance and I did not research the company as per my usual. Although it seemed to take longer than I thought, when I reached out to them they were very helpful and kind. After I received the first 2 that I ordered, I ordered a third one and it has been delivered as well. I am very pleased with my ornaments and also my interactions with the company.

A gift for my guy
I ordered this customized gift for my guy. I gave it to him early so he could hang it on our tree. The expression on his face was priceless. He said "Oh my god babe, I love it!" I couldn't have been happier. The quality was great, shipping was great, and the staff answered any questions I had.

I had this ornament made from a picture…
I had this ornament made from a picture taken at Disney World just weeks before my niece had a massive brain bleed. It is the last picture of them all together as a family.
