The end product looks nothing like the 3D styling that is shown in the advertising. It must have been shipped by horse and buggy to USPS and took WAY too long to get here, now there is no way to have another company do the ornament how I wanted it done. I did reach out to "customer service" over a week ago, no response. I got the ornament and still have no response from them. I'm not sending this as a gift. It is not what I expected at all.
