Where oh where???
I ordered a customized ornament over a week ago. I received an email a few days ago that it was en route. I checked the status, and it shows it is in Celina, TX, 3 hours from my house. How in the heck has this item been "in transit mode" from Celina, TX, for three days now? Yall transiting this by foot?

No updates. No communications.
I do not understand all these positive reviews. I got the email that my order was ready to be shipped on 11/13/2023. Then, 8 DAYS LATER, on 11/21/2023 I receive a tracking notice that says "Nov 21, 2023 06:30 amDeparted Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item. Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 4:30 pm on November 20, 2023 in CELINA, TX 75009. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package, CELINA,TX,75009." It is now one week later and I have received zero updates or information and USPS says the tracking number is invalid. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my husband and now I have to come up with something else. I get the peak season and all but that's why I ordered it in early NOV so I would have it in plenty of time. If you want a nice ornament make sure you can stand to wait a while and you should try somewhere else that can actually communicate with their clientele.

I ordered an ornament like the first week in November. It was made in record speed. I got a confirmation that it was shipped on the 15th. Now, it said that it was in Texas via USPS. I looked today, it is in Seattle Washington. I live in Virginia. When I put the tracking number into the actual USPS website, it shows up as invalid. Make it make since. I emailed them and they said that it would anywhere from 20-30 days to receive? I mean...I can order something from China and get it snail mail quicker than that. I am so pissed off. My husband and I just got married and I purchased this for our first Wedding ornament. I will never order from them again.

I placed an order in early November
I placed an order in early November. They only say it’s in transit but still no delivery. If you expect to receive it before Christmas don’t order from this company. So disappointing! I ordered one ornament so I could see the quality of the ornament so I could order more for my grandchildren.

I’m really baffled by these reviews
I’m really baffled by these reviews. My items have been in transit since November 16 - mind you their warehouse is in San Francisco and I live in Los Angeles - I have yet to receive any indication my items are on their way. I’ve spent close to $400 and yet nothing. It does take them three to five days to respond and then they are apologetic and see the order and they are on their way and to follow the tracking - that was the last email I got last Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. The tracking has not moved and what service do you use? I have asked that question and yet no one was responded with that answer. It’s not FedEx nor UPS nor USPS - what??? I was taking these as gifts to a party this Saturday but it looks like I will be showing up empty handed.

Ornaments not as advertised
The ornaments weren't as pictured at all. They were a thin piece of melted plastic - the pictures got cut off in weird shapes and cut off so close to the picture that it distorts children's faces. Definitely not worth $22! Rest assured I emailed the company and their "customer service" was to tell me they stand by there product and they do not see any issues.

I placed my order Nov 11th
I placed my order Nov 11th, the tracking has shown "in transit" since Nov 15th. Is this normal 🤔 It concerns me, so I checked the reviews and it seems this might be their norm. 😒 Update: I received my package today and was less than thrilled with the results. I will give it a 2 out of 5 stars. The picture wasn't clear and there were scratches on all 3 of my ornaments. 2nd UPDATE: With some instruction from Linda, in Customer Service, I found out there is a film on the ornaments to keep them from scratching. After removing the film, the ornaments look a lot better. Perhaps including instructions in the package would be helpful. Thanks Linda for the assistance. Happy Holidays.
