Fantastic Customer Service
Chloe S and Sama H have been providing me with exemplary customer service since I started back on February through today (5/14/26). They are doing an amazing job addressing concerns and questions all while maintaining friendly, timely, and superior customer service. I spent a lot of time researching multiple companies that provide the services compounding services and one of the most common issues that I came across with regards to competitors is the lack of customer service. Although they might offer services at a lower price, that to me is not the only piece that is important to joining a service. Although the cost is important, so is the quality of the product and the customer service experience. The product is fantastic, my provider is helpful and responsive, customer service is top-notch, and shipping is fast. Aside from one slightly delayed shipment this month, the experience has been overall, amazing.
