Improper dosage/quantity
I have been with Ageless RX for about a year now. For that year it's been a 5 ⭐️ experience & products. However I've received a 1000mg NAD+ injection RX subscription and it was half the size of what I had been receiving for my subscription. The RX label is all the same however the bottle is half size. So I asked if they could please send me the rest that I received half amount. Their response was that that was correct amount because label says it is, that it's in a smaller bottle. So both cannot be true if all labels are the same then volume of bottle have to be the same, OR it is correct volume, the label is INCORRECTLY dosaged for double amount?! It's apparently more important that they not send me additional vial, as opposed to admitting they have incorrectly dosed their Prescription Label. Either way, I think the trust may be broken. I can't help but wonder how many times people have ordered something and they are ripping them off because of dosage "errors".
