I made an order with AgelessRx like anyone else,everything was fine.. When the time came that prescription healed my issues,I cancelled my prescription. Somewhere in the mix of confusion with emails I was only getting a partial refund.One of AgelessRx's employees by the name of Alayna saw the frustration,she not only sent me an email saying "fully reimbursed" but she actually called me to apologize,who does that anymore?? I am a business owner,owning different entity's,this right here is a MODEL EMPLOYEE and AgelessRx is a standalone company you'll always have my business in the future!!

Hannah was so incredibly kind. I paid for my NAD+ injection monthly subscription on 5.16.23, & long story short, 2 defective bottles were sent (due to FedEx NOT Ageless RX). I use NAD+ for pain management & was out the day my subscription was filled. I called Hannah on 5.31.23 just feeling beaten down through this whole experience & she immediately went into action mode. Within 24 hours my replacement vile arrived. I cannot thank her enough. She is a true asset to this company!

It appears that the business model for this shell company isn’t working. I ordered a one time prescription for B-12 injection. Ordered on 5/16/2023 and still haven’t received my order. As with other commenters, they charged credit card immediately. My “assumption “ is a cash flow challenge. Unfortunate first impression.

Ordered a CGM sensor from Ageless Rx and apparently received a broken/defective sensor. I submitted a request to customer support for help but they had an issue with their messaging system and didn't receive it. Upon learning of the issue, they not only sincerely apologized, they refunded the original CGM sensor and provided a replacement at no charge. I have ordered a Galeri test and have an ongoing Rx for metformin through Ageless Rx. Overall my experience has been excellent and I would recommend them to others.

What makes a company superior to others in their field? The people! Everyone I have dealt with at ageless has been so helpful, so knowledgeable, so kind and so “real”! It has been a pleasure throughout the entire process. I feel confident saying I will work with Ageless RX for years to come.

Their fulfillment process is really SLOW. I'm a repeat customer so it should be more streamlined. It can take up to 2 weeks to get your supply. Communications can be better. AgelessRx often does not update their shipping and status. I ordered the NAD+ patches but the pharmacy ran out of patches. Pharmacy doesn't ship on Fridays nor do they work weekends. I put up with this because it's good value and pricing. More competitors are coming into the market so hopefully AgelessRx can get their act together. I want to remain a loyal customer.

Peter is wonderfully charming employee. He’s not just friendly, he’s knowledgeable as welll and doesn’t not rush or pressure you. When on the phone he gives you his attention, compassion, while fixing an issue. This is what truly makes people continue doing business with certain companies. Peter, thank you so much for all your help, kindness and knowledge. Not just about the product but also about shipping and everything important to know. You changed my experience. Thank you so much!
