Hearing the voices of our family and friends is something we’ll treasure forever. There is just something so special about being able to hear the laughter, advice, stories, and well wishes from the people we love. It’s a keepsake that photos simply can’t replace. The setup process was simple, the phone itself looked beautiful, and everything arrived exactly as expected. The instructions were easy to follow, and returning the phone after the wedding was just as easy. One thing we did run into was that the battery didn’t last quite as long as we had expected. However, I don’t mention that as a complaint because what stood out to us was how incredible the customer service was afterward. When we reached out, the team was understanding, responsive, and immediately willing to help. They even expedited the processing of our recordings so we were able to listen to our voicemails the day after they received the phone back. That meant the world to us. We also shared a suggestion based on our experience. Even when the battery indicator changed from green to red, the phone continued recording messages. We recommended adding that information to the guest signage so couples know they can continue encouraging guests to leave messages throughout the evening instead of assuming the phone has stopped working. We really appreciated that the team listened to our feedback and was open to using it to improve the experience for future couples. That willingness to stand behind their product, provide exceptional customer service, and genuinely care about their customers says so much about the company. You will not regret using After The Tone. I used their service for our wedding and it did not disappoint we got to relive our day with perfect voicemails from our loved ones! It was so easy to set up and the phone lasted well over 12-14 hrs! If you’re on the fence this is your sign!

It was really easy to set up the phone. The voicemails captured a lot of the night that we weren't able to personally experience. We're looking forward to having this keepsake for our entire lives!

The Phone came charged, but we did decide to plug it in just to make sure it was good to go. We didn't want our Videographer to have to mic us up on our wedding day, so we read our vows on the phone the night before, for clear audio for our Wedding video! The Phone was a HIT! So many wonderful and sweet messages from everyone at our wedding, from young to old. Some guest came back a few times to the phone throughout the night! We left random messages throughout the night to, of moments that happened so we wouldn't forget them. We laughed, we cried....and repeat...This was such a perfect addition to our very simple wedding. A Million percent better than signatures in a book!

Loved this service...we truly enjoyed hearing the wonderful messages of our family and dear friends. They made me laugh, cry and smile from ear to ear. What a wonderful way to commemorate our 30th anniversary. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow, from setup to returning the unit...not to mention that we loved our RED phone...it was definitely eye catching!!!

We used After The Tone for our wedding and had a really positive experience! Everything arrived exactly as described, the instructions were easy to follow, and sending the phone back afterward was simple. We also chose the option to record our own voicemail greeting, which was easy to submit and sounded great on the phone. We received our voicemails a few days after the wedding, with about 8 minutes of recordings total. The audio quality was excellent! And for reference, our phone was set up right in front of the dance floor. So you could hear guests clearly with the party happening in the background, which was both impressive and added a nice touch. One recommendation: make sure someone is announcing the phone throughout the night and reminding guests to use it (i.e. your DJ). The more reminders, the more recordings you'll likely end up with. Overall, a great experience and one I'd recommend to anyone interested!
